How to order?
1. Once your pet rock is booked in,please send 2-5 detailed photos through the Live Chat on the website or to handpaintedstone@gmail.com within a week.
2. Please allow 2-3 weeks for completion (could be longer during Christmas time).
3. Once the painting is completed, I'll email you some photos for your approval. If you have any suggestions, I'll make adjustments until it meets your satisfaction.

1. Change of Mind Before Commencement:
- If you have a change of mind before the commencement of the work, you are eligible for a full refund of the deposit paid.

- Once the work has commenced, a deposit of 50% is non-refundable.
