    1. Once your pet rock is booked in, please send 2-5 detailed photos through the Live Chat on the website or to within a week.

    2. Please allow 2-3 weeks for completion (could be longer during Christmas time).

    3. Once the painting is completed, I'll email you some photos for your approval. If you have any suggestions, I'll make adjustments until it meets your satisfaction.

    4. Upon confirmation, I will securely pack the stone and dispatch it to your address.
